FIBER YACHT 110 FEET - 3 DECKS- NEED RENOVATION

This fiber boat built year 2008 in VIETNAM by a American shipyard , was ordered by an ONG in Cambodia and was used as a clinic on the Mekong river until 2017 and was bought by an individual who had the project of making a houseboat, but currently for health reasons the owner must abandon his project and quickly sell this boat at a loss.

The upper deck is almost finished and used as an apartment ( see photos) .

The main deck include 12 small rooms, 8 bathrooms, saloon, kitchen, laundry.

The lower deck includes 4 cabins and an office.

The flybridge is empty but can be fitted out.

This yacht would be ideal for a house boat but also as a diving boat or charter business.

Lenght 33.74 meter, width 7.2 meter, 3 decks, flybridge, large space inside but need a full refit inside and outside.

Powered by 2 diesel engines CATERPILLAR 3056 turbo- 2 X 185 hp with only 1000 hours use.

Cruise 8 knots, speed 12 knots.

2 Generators 2 X 16 kw for air condition and electricity inboard.

12 solar panel 10 kw with batteries and invertor.

Well equipped: Radar, GPS, VHF, 16 inch LOWRANCE + 2 LOWRANCE 9 inch HDS, workshop, kitchen full equipped, washing machine and many extras.

Actually located in KAMPOT- CAMBODIA in water.
